Hello my Starlings!
SOOO MUCH HAS HAPPENED!
The last time I updated BMAC, I just opened Aeh's Clubhouse on telegram and I was starting to host meditations with a few friends for fun. I was dealing with a death in the family as well as, some homeschooling and SAHM hiccups. Needless to say, I HAVE GROWN!!
As of now, I have 23 members in Aeh's Clubhouse on Telegram, a space I created to heal my inner child and receive support on my worst days. I can remember when it was just 3 of us throwing around ideas, shooting shit and laughing at each other.
I can say that I have worked on so many triggers since this journey began. The one where I chose to heal instead of play victim to my past. I am so grateful to past me for making that change. I'm thankful for the time I have taken to create this system and see it work.
I have taken more care of my hygiene in the last 3 months consistently than I have in a loooong time. I owe that to wanting to show up. I owe that to wanting to appear pleasant and not like a mess. I know all about being a freaking mess. This being put together thing is all new for me, and I'm rocking it with my own unique style! Along the way I found the importance in caring for me because you cannot give from an empty cup.
In January, I started a planner so I could remember things that happened to me, keep track of my kids schoolwork and ultimately become more productive. Back then, I was struggling to host Friday Crochet and Champagne meetings that were thrown together in my mother in law's kitchen. I was hardly getting engagement except for my die hard Starlings and closest friends Lisa & Penny, but I didn't let it discourage me. Instead I let it fuel me into my next adventure.
In February, I started using a different planner to track more than just what I was doing. I started to use it to track my own hygiene, panic attacks, period, money, my kids periods and hygiene, meditations and more! This lifestyle change allowed me to look back and see that Aeh System is working. I went from having a panic attack a day back in November to March and having none so far. My last recorded "Bad Day" was 02182022.
Flash Forward to now, I literally guide souls down a shamanic trance journey on a regular basis and that is freaking amazing! The inner child in me is SINGING with joy! The crochet has not been put on the back burner either! I got my first commission at the end of Feb and I'm working on getting that complete and out to the customer. I also released an Enchanted Aeh Facebook page so I can grow a clubhouse like community over there and reach the audience that needs me.
Most days, you can find me guiding breathwork exercises and meditations in Aeh's Clubhouse on Telegram. I had my first BIG Manifestation burn 03022022 and it went off without a hitch! 3 is my number. My soul's awakening began with the number 3. I've seen 33's for years before I understood what it meant. (Ask me about it and I'll gladly have a conversation) I never expected things to take off for me in the third month of the year. This traction is exactly what I need to keep going and diving deeper into my own spiritual journey. I am so thankful to each of my supporters and followers, you guys mean the absolute world to me.
