Hi there 🙋‍♀️!

I am a 31 year old female who has just gone through the process of being diagnosed with Adult ADHD. My podcast takes you through my journey as I live it. You get to hear about my story so far; my symptoms, the diagnostic processes I experience and quirky little tales about what has led me to this moment in my life. Whether you have a diagnosis of adult ADHD, you suspect you may have it, you are curious about the topic, or you are just interested in hearing the life stories of others, please take a listen and join me on my journey!

I really look forward to your podcast each week. I started listening a few weeks after you started when I was thinking about seeking a diagnosis. I just got diagnosed last week and it was such a relief. I relate to so much in your podcast and it helps me know I'm not alone in some of the thoughts that are in my head.
