June was a hot and busy month, and our primary focus was on caring for our new arrivals.
We made significant progress with Naum the cat’s treatment over the month. After spending some time in the hospital, he has moved to our center. Naum has started walking, has a great appetite, and is slowly gaining weight. Despite the severe injury he endured, consistent veterinary consultations and diligent care are showing positive results.
We also took great care of our new girls from Toretsk. Athena, Sahara, and Cleo have been vaccinated, treated for parasites, and spayed. They’ll soon complete their quarantine and be ready to choose their cozy cat rooms.
Among our other residents, the most challenging cases included Max with chronic nasal inflammation and Snowflake the cat with gastritis. After visiting the vet, they are now undergoing the necessary treatments.
On a brighter note, our friends at Broen.Kyiv organized a fantastic charity event in June. The event featured amazing Ukrainian pet brands and, of course, our beloved Book Fair.
And the best news – our dear cat Seraphim found his forever home in June. We are overjoyed for our chubby friend and wish him the best life in his new family.
