Hey! Your pod was recommended by my therapist. I take anti depressents but am now convinced that since listening to you (on episode 8 now) that I believe I'm on the wrong meds. I've been convinced since school that I have ADHD, I'm always the late one, all over the place, interrupt people when they talk, bit untidy, the one that my siblings roll their eyes over (with love of course!). I live in Spain so some of the diagnosis journey will be a bit different here, no idea how that will pan out. Anyway, blah blah, heres a fiver to show my appreciation.
