With Gratitude

With Gratitude

Apr 13, 2022

Throughout the years I have had multiple patients ask about leaving gratuity after their sessions. I purposely set my payment processor not to ask for gratuities because I never wanted anyone to feel the pressure to do so, especially not each time they receive a service from me.

That being said, I have since met practitioners that follow the same philosophy, and it left me unable to share gratuities with them. I was actually disappointed that I couldn’t share my gratitude for their care even though I truly wanted to. I saw a fellow colleague use Buy Me A Coffee and thought it was a great idea!

If you know me, you know that I absolutely love tea. I have a large tea cabinet at home and it is constantly being restocked. When I go out to eat, I usually always ask for hot tea with meals. I don’t tend to frequent coffee shops as much as I am always on the look out for a good tea shop. All that to say, if you have always wanted to leave me gratuity, buying me a tea sounds like a great compromise.

While gratuity is by no means necessary or expected, it is surely appreciated. I am grateful for you and your support of my practice.
