Instead of manually dragging and dropping every period, you can now just tell the AI what you want in plain English β things like "put Maths in the morning" or "avoid back-to-back labs for Grade 10" β and it fills every empty period in seconds, while respecting teacher availability, weekly subject limits, and existing bookings. You still review every suggestion before saving, so you're always in control.
This builds on everything you already know and use: conflict-free scheduling, substitution management, and instant Excel/PDF exports.
We're now trusted by 200+ schools, colleges, and universities worldwide, and this AI feature has been one of the most requested β so I'm really excited to finally ship it.
