Spring has finally come to the Mountain—it always comes quite late here because of the altitude. I will be posting my Tilde's Mountain Kitchen series because it feels right this time of year to return to the earth, to bring ourselves back into some form of balance. Whether in the Northern or Southern Hemisphere, there's work to be done outdoors in preparation for the next season.
I'll be doing final edits toward pulling this together into a manuscript at the same time it is posted, so what you'll read this time is closer to what will be published. I thank you all for your support and encouragement through this process. As any of you who write know, it's the editing that takes the most time, and it's a thankless job taking up the space between the spark and what may be a paycheck. Yet it must be done!
