- You will not receive tax breaks nor tax exempt status as all donations are gifts to Kenneth W. Garcia

- Kenneth W. Garcia is not selling any goods or services nor is selling the idea of goods and services

- Kenneth W. Garcia reserves the right to use ALL contributions to help an entity or organization (like WA Forward)

- All donations are unconditional
