I finally decided to get back on the road today: Full transparency, I was contemplating calling it quits yesterday. Between this calorie deficit and stress on my body. It sure takes its toll daily I’m back at it today though, thanks again for everyone’s support throughout this journey as I continue to raise awareness for mental health
