Mental Wellbeing Support Services

A Den is a space that you build to give yourself a refuge. It may be used to get away, or to claim some space that is your own, it offers privacy, and is a place where you can just be you without the
weight of other's expectations.
This is what we create together at The Den; a safe space where you can feel understood, gain emotional support, and explore your mental wellbeing free from judgement and societal pressure. A
place where you can develop in your own time and in your own way.
The Den aims to support people in learning about their mental wellbeing, improving their mental wellbeing, and maintaining their mental wellbeing. There are a variety of services available to achieve this; one to one support sessions, short courses, mental wellbeing retreats, and services provided to schools.
In addition, I have a particular aim to support individuals who are themselves supporting neurodiverse people. Whether you are constantly battling the system on behalf of your child,
struggling to understand and get along with your sibling, or you could use The Den for another reason, I am here to support you.
HOWEVER, many people who need mental wellbeing support are not in a position to be able to pay. I would like to enable everyone to access the support that they need, particularly children and young people, and families supporting neurodiverse individuals.
If you would like to help those groups access support, I would be delighted to accept a donation toward the cost of their sessions.
