Hi, my name is Jasmine💚 I am the sole proprietor of Salient Books (salientbooks.shop) which is an online indie bookshop based in Ohio, and I want to change how the book world works. I add 4 to 6 independent authors to my shop every month and showcase their books almost every single day. However, I don't do any of this for profit. I buy all the books in the shop up front so authors don't have to wait for it to sell and all profit from the books I sell goes towards buying more indie books. All funds donated here will go towards getting the shop a physical location and towards shop expansions so I can continue to grow and help indie authors have anything they can dream up for their books without it coming from their own pockets.
