I’m Keyanna Harper—a writer, business strategist, and proud Black creative. I grew up surrounded by art, culture, and entrepreneurship, thanks to my father, Odes Roberts, an artist who owned his own gallery. Watching him and my mother build their business planted the seed for my love of storytelling, art, and community-building. That passion grew into Obsidian People Company (OPC)—a space where Black creativity thrives unapologetically.
About Obsidian People Company (OPC)
Obsidian People Company (OPC) isn’t a copy of what’s already out there—it’s its own space with its own voice. We exist to celebrate and amplify Black art, culture, and community through real stories, bold designs, and opportunities for small artists and businesses to shine.
OPC is more than a platform—it’s a home for Black creatives to share their work, tell their truths, and connect with others who value authenticity and culture. From visual art and fashion to writing and music, we focus on highlighting the talent and brilliance that often gets overlooked.
