Oh, lots. I mean, when you start thinking in English, conversations just flow better.

Less translating in your head means you can react faster, maybe.

腦中翻譯變少，反應就會更快。

Definitely faster. And you feel more uh confident when you speak.

Well, So you're not constantly trying to translate every word someone says.

Exactly. It makes you slow down and honestly the English often sounds a bit clunky or unnatural.
