Hi, I'm Jill. I want to share with you guided movement meditations to help you align mind, body, and soul.

After years practicing as a massage therapist and having chronic neck pain and headaches (despite regular massage, chiro, and working out), I realized even alternative therapies were often treating symptoms. Then I discovered structural integration bodywork. My pain went away and what I knew (or thought I knew) completely changed. These movement practices are based on my experience with how the body opens and comes into alignment through structural bodywork.
