Conspiracy theory:
“Death certificates are being falsified to give cause of death as COVID19”
I’m happy for people to correct me on this, I’m here to learn.
That’s utter BS and illegal.
I hope if a medic suspected anyone was falsifying death certificates they would report this to the police. Death certificates are heavily scrutinised and irregularities are reported to the relevant authorities (look up Harold shipman). Death certificates are split into 3 parts, Primary cause, secondary cause and contributing factors. In the case of COVID19 the primary cause would be whatever organ failure the patient succumbed to, the secondary cause would be COVID19 virus and the 3rd would be any underlying health conditions. A Doctor or coroner would only be able to put COVID19 if the patient had a positive test either swab or ET aspirate and given that these tests are only around 70% accurate (the ET aspirate is more accurate than this) evidence suggests that the number of deaths related to complications of COVID19 is significantly higher than reported.
In the beginning it was assumed that like its relatives, SARS and MERS it was primarily a respiratory illness, we now know that it isn’t. It is Coagulapathic meaning that it affects the thickness of the blood causing heart attacks, strokes and blood clots. Patients who were admitted with these issues at the beginning of the pandemic wouldn’t have been tested because they did not “tick the boxes” however knowing what we know now has meant that any new admission is treated as positive until proven negative however this is purely for the protection of other patients who have had a negative result and does not count as a diagnosis.
This is a novel virus, it has never been seen before so we are still learning about its behaviours but again the nay-sayers will come out with false BS because that’s all hey’re capable of.
It makes them feel valid..
For me it’s gotten to the point where I really don’t care about your arguments. I don’t care whether you think COVID19 was created by big pharma, 5G or amoebas from Mars. I don’t care if you Wear a mask, or don’t wear a mask, just stop spreading false information which has no evidencery support other than “something that happened to my cousins, friends, boyfriends, grandmothers dog walker” denying others the right to make the same informed decision that you keep yelling about.
