That’s the average percentage of police stop-and-searches in England and Wales that ended in No Further Action during 2024, affecting over 320,000 of us. No arrest. No caution. No follow-up. Just stopped, searched, and released.
It’s not an anomaly—it’s a pattern. A symptom of the vast discretion exercised in policing, often without oversight or resolution.

This patch isn’t just cloth. It’s a reminder stitched into fabric. Of silence. Of suspicion. Of outcomes unaccounted for.
