ORACLE MESSAGE FOR THE WORRIED.

Notice when you are feeling worried. Take a few deep breaths. Can anything change right now? Notice the stories. What are they saying? Why are they saying that? Why are you having these thoughts right now? Get curious? Have you done everything you can do about the thing you are worried? Take a step towards it or let it go, allow yourself to shift gears. Have you eaten today? What makes you feel healthy, satiated and grounded? Root Vegetables perhaps? Stir Fry? Allow yourself the space to feel but remind yourself that everything is always working out. Ask for your guides to help you find relaxation in the mind. The sun and the moon always manage to rise. This moment matters. What can you do to ground your energy and breathe? Can you write? Can you make art? Can you exercise? Do yoga? Light stretching perhaps? Do something to pull yourself out of the space where the thinking is happening. Can you get up and brush your teeth? Focus on the toothpaste. What does the tube say? Is there art on the walls? What's around you? Notice the texture of the paste on the brush. Notice the taste. Marvel at the water coming out of the fountain. It seems so very ordinary, but it's everything. Feel the water. Taste the foamy minty experience. There is nothing else inside of this moment. No needing to know the next 5 action steps. Just breathe. Gaze in the mirror. Spit. Rinse. Spit. Rinse. Wipe. Be deliberate in your actions. Witness them. Fill up your belly like balloon with a breath as deep as the trenches of the bottom of the sea. Take the time to absorb the surroundings that you are in. Become them. Be curious about every detail. See yourself in others. Love every part.
