JESUS! WILL YOU ANSWER THE PHONE? CHRIST!

How do you ask for help from "Spirit?" Well, it is imagined that it could really look any number of ways from all 7.888 billion people out there, and yet the simplest, easiest way, is to breathe deeply and make space in your mind for 5 seconds...even just 1 second.

Just breathe deeply and offer WILLINGNESS, to release the problem that is haunting your mind and sending you into a tirade or shame spiral.

You can even say, "help me!" to the universe, at first, even if you don't believe in it. One can also ask for help in the silence.

Any time you feel the slightest bit of anxiety, tension, stress, headache, achiness in the body, fear, adrenaline, hatred, disdain, guilt, you name it...if it feels upset, you can reach out to the universe at any time! Now, the key here is that the feeling doesn't go away, what we start to notice is the thoughts about the feeling.

Asking for help, brings the focus inward to the awareness. Once the upset is witnessed through the mind's distortion (awareness is always aware), it looks for thoughts and stories that are not true. There is a weeding out of the things that attack our own nervous systems; these disparaging and self defeating thoughts.

There becomes more of an awareness of what is dancing across the mental stage and bringing with it a can of woopass; that severe anguish At first it may seem like there are too many thoughts up there. It feels like an attack, we just want it to stop, but eventually one by one, we are only seeing a few at a time and then none at all. They come back when the feelings rise up as a means to protect us from the very thing we need to see and feel, OUR SELVES.

BREATHE into that feeling.

Redirect your attention to the body.

Notice where you can relax and then relax some more.
