Offri un caffè a Jo and Lauran

We met nearly 30 years ago in school, bonding over music, magazines, vampire novels, and spirituality. Life took us on different paths, but our friendship stayed strong through chance meetings and online chats. A reunion in the Mediterranean reignited our connection, leading us to explore mindfulness and spiritual growth together. Now, we’re sharing our journey through this site, offering insights on meditation, ancient wisdom, and living mindfully. Our goal is to inspire others to find joy and inner peace, while building a supportive community for spiritual exploration. Welcome to our shared adventure.
