We are a young couple, living with a recent diagnosis of ADHD and ASD and finding out all about it. It’s opened up a new world of neurodiverse thinking, understanding and lots of questions! We want to share our story, what works for us, and hopefully creating a community where others can share their stories and talk everything neurodiverse!

We really want to break the stigma of neurodiverse “conditions” and “disorders” and turn the world from thinking about what we can’t do to what we can do. Why do this? The list of reasons is long, ranging for improved mental health and support to improving businesses by fostering a more diverse culture. Put simply, we want to make a difference.
