In my role as Chief Visionary at Samara Early Learning my job is to stay focused on WHY & HOW we connect young children with the natural world, which is ultimately to create a world where people are connected to and care for each other and the world around them.

I believe the natural world is a powerful teacher and young children have a right to experience that learning. My work is the result of 25 years in education, 10 of those years as the director of a nature-based preschool, and my passion for helping educators integrate nature into their teaching.
