I research the connections between biodiversity and linguistic diversity, mostly by traveling around asking people about local drinks and local sayings. To share these stories about local culture, I started an independent media company called Modo di Bere. Modo di Bere is a multi-lingual podcast, an online magazine, and a travel show about wine and language.
