Hopefully, a better world ♡
Hi, I'm Mayisha, a Neurodiversity Regulation Coach, and I am disgustingly educated on the intersection of hormone cycles and neurodiverse neurology. My passion is helping the ones who slipped through the cracks, to stop "brute-forcing" their way through life and start navigating with their actual capacity. I came to this work because I know the exact cost of being thrust into a world not built for your baseline. My work is translation: turning lived experience into language, structure, and practices that restore dignity.
I operate on a 3:1 Mutual Aid model. This means your support directly sustains a growing archive of free science and tools for those the medical system skipped.
Specifically, your contributions help me:
• Fund the Mission: Provide subsidized spots in my Sanctuary Cycles workshops for low-income community members navigating the intersection of poverty and neurodivergence.
• Keep Science Accessible: Continue researching and translating complex concepts like takiwātanga (autism as "in one's own time and space") into practical, decolonized regulation tools.
• Combat Systemic Silence: Expand our reach to women who have been historically excluded from medical research and resources.
When you support this work, you are helping rebuild the matriarchal safety nets that honor our ancient wiring. You are choosing to believe that our bodies are our own and that our healing can be an act of systemic defiance. Whether you are here as a supporter or a seeker, you are part of this reclamation.
Thank you for honoring the gift of our own time and space.
