and welcome to my support page for the project, Artistic Intention - The Sound of Poetry, Addictions & Mental Health.

Mental Health & Addictions are so intrinsically linked, that it is often over looked. I am about to release 4 books under the Artistic Intention Brand, and all of those will be used to raise funding for various projects, helping people with Mental Health, Addictions and Grief.

I, as have most people in this day and age, suffered from severe Mental Health Issues, I have friends that have lost their lives to the drug problem, to suicide & self harm. These issues are not just linked to the poor, they have no care for wealth, status, skin colour or religion. They affect us all.

So, I hope that with your help we are able to do something about it. I am at present about to release the first book which is dedicated to poems written about Addictions & Mental Health, written for people who are no longer with me, people who made it through, or people who are still in the daily fight with their own demons.

I hope that you find something within the book that resonates with you, or that you are able to donate a small amount per month to the causes on my page, in order that we may begin the fight.

I intend to team up with other groups of people who are also trying to do the same. So, if you are one of them, then please get in touch, if you would like to be a part of what I am trying to achieve, please get in touch, if you are affected by what I have mentioned, then please, get in touch.

I wish everyone a great day and want to remind you , that if you are going through anything that Is making you question your place here, every second that you are alive, is another win against the demons that you face, because sometimes that is how we have to fight them, second by second. You are worth much more than you believe or give yourself credit for.
