Your donation will enable me to acquire additional Canada Performance Measurement Frameworks (PMFs) and USA Activity Monitoring Evaluation Learning (MEL) Plans that require payments to receive them. Once acquired, your donation will also enable me to review these PMFs and Activity MEL Plans to expose those government foreign aid projects paid for by your taxes that have failed to achieve their expected outcomes, despite organisations falsely claiming on their websites they have achieved these outcomes.
This review will also include exposing those foreign aid projects funded by your tax dollars that do not even have a PMF or Activity MEL Plan but may have other documents that will be reviewed but also fail to properly measure and evaluate whether the foreign aid project you have funded has indeed achieved its expected outcomes.
This exposure along with the relevant documents (PMFs, Activity MEL Plans, my critique, my podcast episode) will be sent to your government and the international development organisation that received your tax dollars along with the recommendation that your government either defund these organisations or require them to change their outcome indicators so that they properly measure and evaluate whether their project outcomes have indeed been achieved.
