I’m Miel (they/them), the President and CEO of Probe Ottawa and co-founder / co-host of the podcast Probing In The Sheets. I’m a certified Usui Reiki Master and spiritual guide who offers alternative therapy for people seeking alignment. I love to help people find connection within themselves and with others.
I’m a Daddy (iykyk) with an empathetic nature and a (not-so-secret) spicy side. I thrive on creating opportunities for folks to expand and explore their innermost desires, finding internal growth and uncovering radical self love (surprise, it was there all along!).
As a firm believer in the decolonization and disruption of social norms, I have faith in people’s ability to reconnect with their authentic selves, despite the horrors of culture we’re living in.
