⚙️ Setup & Configuration
1. Installation
Upload the delhivery-integration folder to the platform/plugins/ directory of your Botble installation.
Go to Admin Panel -> Plugins and click Activate on the Delhivery Integration plugin.
2. Administrator Global Setup
Navigate to Admin -> Settings -> Shipping.
Locate the Delhivery Integration section.
Toggle the Activate switch to On.
Admin Store Control: Use the "Enable for Admin Store" toggle to decide if your own (Admin) products should offer Delhivery shipping.
Enter your Delhivery One API Token (See API Setup below).
Click Test Connection to verify your API credentials.
Enter your Pickup Location Name (exact name as registered in Delhivery One panel).
Configure default weight and dimension presets.
3. Vendor Setup (Marketplace Mode)
Ensure the Marketplace plugin is active and Allow vendors to manage shipping is enabled in Marketplace settings.
Vendors log in to their dashboard and go to Settings -> Delhivery.
Toggle Enable Delhivery for My Store.
Enter their personal Delhivery One API Token.
Perform a Test Connection and enter their registered Pickup Location name.
🔑 API Setup Guide
To get your credentials, follow these steps in your Delhivery One account:
Get API Token:
Log in to your Delhivery One Dashboard.
Go to Settings -> API Credentials.
Copy your Production Token (use Staging Token for testing mode).
Configure Pickup Locations:
Go to Settings -> Pickup Locations in Delhivery One.
Ensure you have at least one pickup point registered with a valid address and pincode.
Note these location names; they must be entered exactly in the plugin settings.
Enable Tracking Webhooks:
Scan Push URL:
Register these URLs manually in your Delhivery account.
Email the completed integration form to [email protected]
to ensure shipment statuses and tracking updates sync automatically with your store.

Botble Core: 7.3.0 or higher.
PHP: 8.1 or higher.
SSL: Required for secure API communication and Webhook responses.
Product Configuration: Ensure all products have Weight defined in the "Shipping" tab for accurate rate calculation.
