Please help us try to save Willow and Rex.
We are devastated to report that 2 of Summers babies have been admitted to the emergency vets this morning.
Willow had been a little unwell and quiet yesterday, Rex followed last night.
They were taken straight to emergency this morning as a precaution, but the news is not good.
Both are rapidly going downhill, and the vets are running every test they can to try and find out what is wrong.
They are being honest with us that Willow, at a tiny 1.7kg is facing a huge challenge and may not make it through.
Rex is slightly bigger at 2.3kg but is not faring much better.
Our instructions as always, are to try everything; while they still have the strength to fight, so will we.
We are a rescue that does not put a price on any animal’s life.
These babies are just 5 weeks old; they have been on a monumental journey to get this far.
It can’t end now; it can’t end like this.
We must work out what is wrong so they can have the lengthy and incredible life we promised them.
We know each of you, our fantastic supporters, will agree.
