Managing schedules in healthcare is a mess. Between last-minute swaps, time-off requests, and strict compliance with labor laws, department coordinators spend hours on spreadsheets.
As someone with direct frontline experience, I knew there had to be a better way. So, I built TurniCare — a smart shift-management platform designed by a healthcare worker, specifically for healthcare professionals. It simplifies everything for both schedulers and staff, right from their phones or PCs.
🚀 Where the project stands today
TurniCare is currently in Free Beta. I am actively onboarding hospital departments and nursing homes (RSA) to test it, refine it, and ensure it solves their everyday headaches perfectly.
