Hello all,
I'm passionate about some many things that are tech related and I think this could be a good platform me to begin engaging with an audience.
My career has mostly been focused on application security and software development. In my day to day I focus on security scanning for web apps:
Static Analysis
Dynamic Analysis
Software Composition Analysis (Open Source scanning)
Mobile Application Security Testing
I enjoy automating tools as well by shifting security into CI/CD pipelines
Azure DevOps
Github
Gitlab
Jenkins
For scripting, python continues to be my go to language.
Most recently I've started to focus on Infrastructure as Code and how to deploy resources to cloud provides using Terraform.
In addition to these tools I'm learning how to become a content creator and I've been playing around with the Adobe suite of tools. Video editing is something I've dabbled in.
Bonus fact:
I was a professional wrestling on the indy scene in Colorado for about 2 years.
It was a great time in my life and I really enjoyed getting to be a character and wrestle infront of a live crowd.Unfortunately I stepped away a few years ago in order to focus on my life outside of wrestling. There are days I think about going back to it just for fun but time will tell where my passion resides.
