Coordination Update & Thoughts
As my workflow has evolves, so do my [[Responsibilities]]. I want to walk you through a little bit of what I do, so continue reading if you'd be so inclined. Otherwise feel free to skip all this.
The Journey Begins
When you commission, we discuss details on Telegram[^1]. I collect your reference images, email for invoicing, and the general concept. Next, I build this into my notes[^2] and send it back to you for confirmation.
Invoicing & Queueing
Once all is approved, I create your invoice[^3] and notify you. After that, I manually add you to the queue[^3], which is sorted by order date or payment date.
Priorities & Exceptions
Commissions are processed in the order received, unless it's a seasonal or time-sensitive piece, or if you're a [Ko-Fi](https://ko-fi.com/caffeinatedcultist)[^4] member - those take priority, naturally!
The Upload
I upload your finished commission on Ko-Fi[^4] first, as it's the foundation of our collaboration. This is where you can download the full-res file, and I encourage you to support us on Ko-Fi[^4], as it funds our endeavors!
Cross-Platform Magic
Next, I post on Bluesky[^5], the most-voted platform, and include a link to Ko-Fi[^4]. If you've shared your username, I'll tag you in the post**, making it easier for you to find.
Link Everything Together
I grab the direct link from Bluesky[^5] and paste it into the comments section of the Ko-Fi[^4] post, creating a beautiful link system!
More Platforms, More Fun!
Then, I head over to Mastodon[^6] to upload everything, including the Ko-Fi[^4] link. This is where I share the result with the broader audience.
Experimental & Legacy Platforms
I also upload to BuyMeACoffee[^7] as a backup, although I must warn you to use it at your own risk. I add the Bluesky[^5] link in the comments section, directing you to Ko-Fi[^4].

Pixelfed & Weasyl
I post on Pixelfed[^9], including the SoFurryBeta[^8] link within the post, pointing back to Ko-Fi[^4]. Then, I head to Weasyl[^10], which I adore for its artistic focus and Markdown support.

On Weasyl[^10], I plug in all previous platform links, creating a beautiful directory. It's satisfying to see everything connected!

Although Weasyl[^10] doesn't support Markdown, I can still format the post nicely and include links.

Lastly, I post on Pillowfort[^11], an experimental, invite-only platform for artists. Although it's niche, I can still format the post nicely and include links.
Full Circle Back to Telegram
Finally, I share the primary links (Bluesky[^5] and Mastodon[^6]) with you, and forward the post from the channel, completing the cycle!
