Q Language Switcher and Keyboard Toolbox

We are all multilingual guys, and my keyboard/language switcher could benefit us. I've developed and polished it over the last several years and recently decided it's ready to be widely shared. Today, I've launched it as a GitHub project. Work is still in progress. However, it is already ready to be used.
