Today I want to share both a happy update and a real challenge.
✨ The good news:
I created a new product — simple homemade cheese sandwiches, and I started selling them to a small grocery store in my area.
Seeing my product on a shelf, even at a small local shop, felt like a big milestone for me. Small steps… but real progress.
⚠️ The challenge:
While working on improving my production, I discovered that the water we rely on is not as safe as it should be. With frequent electricity cuts in Gaza, properly filtering water is not always possible.
For me, quality and safety are not optional. They come first — for my children and for my community.
So I am now working on finding a safer and more reliable solution, even if it slows me down temporarily.
This journey is not easy.
But every obstacle pushes me to build something stronger and more responsible.
