When The Dragons Call

When The Dragons Call

When the dragons call,

Across the mist,

Their voices echoing,

Against mountainous walls,

Beneath the sun,

They'll freely fly,

Toward those souls,

Who so often cry.

When the dragons call,

Across the skies,

Their voices rumble,

Through towering falls,

Beneath the rain,

They'll swerve and sway,

And save their wings,

For another day.

When the dragons call,

Across the sea,

Their voices ripple,

Through the thickest of hulls,

Beneath the surface,

They'll swim out of sight,

And emerge in the calm,

On a moonlit night.

When the dragons call,

Across the universe,

Their voices shatter,

Can't be silenced at all,

Beneath the blanket,

Of the evening stars,

They'll come out when needed,

For they never go far.
