Let me remind you: in April 2022, this very thin and exhausted cat came to the shop workers. Apparently, he had survived the occupation; what happened to his owners is unknown. In December 2023, our acquaintance took a photo of the cat, and I posted Marcel on Facebook without much hope.

So, thanks to you, my dear subscribers, a miracle happened: a wonderful girl named Liza Mart fell in love with the cat; we took Marcel for adaptation, vaccination, and neutering and started thinking about how to get him to Germany. Then you made even more reposts, and we found families in Europe for another 6 of our wards (and also took a dog of a familiar girl), and thus we had enough for the journey for the animals to a new life! It was an exhausting trip, so I will only start writing reports from the new families about each one to you. Because without you, none of this would have happened. 🥰
As Lala Tarapakina says, this is a network of caring, wonderful People: shop workers sheltered the cat, my mom's friend saw him, took a photo, and called us. We took him off the street and got him in order. You made a ton of reposts, and Liza fell in love and paid for the documents and part of the journey. Now, once a street cat happily purrs on his couch in Germany!
