Hey guys! Happy Easter to all of you! I know many of you celebrated it last week already, so for you, happy belated Easter! Hope you had a great time!
Honestly, I don’t really know how it’s celebrated in other countries, but here it’s more of a quiet family holiday. Some people go to church at night, where they bless traditional food like paska (Easter bread), eggs, and other things, and then come back home to have a meal together with family. If the weather is warm, people also go outside and have picnics. Today it’s actually not that warm here, but I still saw some people grilling meat by the lake.
As for me, I spent the weekend with my parents, hadn’t seen them in a while. I also filmed a video about their life, showing the countryside, our local grocery store, and more. By the way, my mom has started filming their daily life and everything they do around the house and the garden.
I gave them my old camera and taught them how to use it, hehe. It sounds fun, but it’s still quite challenging. Still, I’m sure with every new video it will get easier for them. Maybe they should’ve started earlier, but better late than never.
Especially with the warm season coming, there will be a lot happening in the garden, which I think could be really interesting and even useful to watch.
