Dear managers,
I often get the question, why do you rate players in Tiers? It's a matter of preference. Certain managers stick religiously by a predicted average draft pick, but with Tiers I feel like you get a better overview and can twist easier, if the draft goes in an unexpected direction.
However, for the first time in 10 years, I have done a 150 player list view based on ADP, in collaboration with DraftFC.co.uk. It was a fun exercise, and something I think any Draft FPL manager should do as a good exercise to prepare yourself for draft day.
