The Invitation by Vi Keeland is a contemporary romance.

Stella Bardot’s dream was Signature Scent, a company that would create custom perfumes. After five years she was so close to succeeding but she didn’t have enough money. When she accidentally received a wedding invitation that was addressed to her ex-roommate, her best friend
Fisher convinced her to crash the wedding and have fun. After many bottles of wine, she accepted. Even though she was super anxious she had a good time with a handsome man she met there. They danced and flirted but when her true identity was revealed he embarrassed her and in
her exit, she had a Cinderella moment. Hudson Rothschild was enthralled by her and was willing to do everything in his power to have her by his side forever. Would Stella be able to give another chance to happiness?

It’s such a sweet and sexy story. It’s about love, second chances, family issues, and intense romance. It started with an entertaining scene that described the heroine and the first meeting between her and the dreamy guy and ended with a Cinderella-inspired moment. Then the plot became funnier and sexier. Towards the end, there is a huge surprise that I didn’t expect. The characters were amazing, I fell in love with them. Stella is a strange girl, strong-willed with a heart of gold. Hudson had a couple of asshole reactions but he was loving and oh so sexy. My favorite moment was when they were in LA.

This book sucked me in from the beginning. It’s a must-read for me and I will rate it with 5 stars!!!
