This Father’s Day, I wanted to create something close to my heart — a little tribute to all the dads out there who carried us, lifted us, and cheered us on from the sidelines (and sometimes from under our tiny feet!).
My latest illustration is inspired by one of my favourite memories growing up: sitting on my dad’s shoulders, feeling like I was on top of the world. I didn’t realise it back then, but those moments were more than just fun rides — they were the foundation of safety, trust, and love.
Whether it’s with gentle strength, quiet sacrifices, or playful joy, dads play a role that echoes through our lives in countless ways. This post is my way of saying thank you — not just to my father, but to all the dads, father figures, and guardian giants who shape our worlds with love.
