Believe it or not, most people who have a love for coffee also have a love for their fellow man. Sometimes it's the subtle things in our natural ability to care, empathize and want the best for others, that are actually significant parts of our everyday purpose and/or greater mission.
I have a heart for both the coffee industry and humanity. And I use my love for both to make an impact and an income. Being a part of the coffee industry whether on a small or large scale, online or offline is a great way to connect to a humanitarian purpose. Most people love coffee and it's an easy way to serve and connect others to a cause if you have one.
So, if you've never made the direct correlation to your love for/of coffee and your passion for helping and supporting others, this is the time to be present and ask yourself if there's something more.
I'm not suggesting that everyone experiencing this is called to serve in the coffee industry or has a humanitarian calling; however, it is worth the exploration.
