Anda and the Big Tree
Anda walks to the park near his house. In the middle of the park, there is a very big tree. The tree has strong branches and many green leaves. Birds sit in the branches and sing soft songs.
Anda sits under the tree. The cool shade makes him feel relaxed. He listens to the wind moving the leaves. A small squirrel runs up the tree and stops to look at him.
Anda smiles. He feels peaceful under the big tree. Before going home, he touches the tree and says, “Thank you for the shade.” Then he walks home slowly, thinking about the quiet park.
