I’ve been hearing about predators picking up their game. There are a few things they are doing right now.

I have heard stories now from multiple different people about the same things happening. They enter a store, and either discover themselves are being followed, or someone came up to them and told them that we noticed this guy is following you. Either way, always be aware of your surroundings.
Next, don’t ever walk out alone. Either type it in your phone on notepad, a text, and use the excuse I have my rewards card here and show the cashier your message. Make people aware of where you are, or like in the store let someone know that your being followed.
Also from everyone’s story once they see you check out, they wait for you either inside to watch you and see when you leave, or they wait outside the entrance and watch you from the window. Either way, they won’t just leave and will keep an eye on you all the time.
never walk to your car alone! That’s when they will strike, and you never want to be distracted and want to be prepared for something. Ask to have someone walk you out, but never just bottle that up. Always tell someone.
Never put the groceries in your trunk, that’s when your attention is distracted and can’t see and be aware.
