THE NEW EARTH VILLAGE
Founding Vision Document
A Message From the Founder
What if we stopped waiting for someone else to build the future we want to live in?
The New Earth Village was born from a simple but powerful idea: that ordinary people can come together, acquire land, share resources, cultivate abundance, and create a thriving community that benefits generations to come.
This is not simply a land project.
It is a vision for a different way of living.
A way of living that values connection over isolation, stewardship over consumption, collaboration over competition, and legacy over short-term gain.
We are in the early stages of exploring what is possible and connecting with people who feel aligned with this vision.
Our Vision
To establish a regenerative, self-sustaining community in Costa Rica where individuals and families can live, work, create, learn, grow, and thrive together.
We envision a place where:
• Food is grown locally.
• Knowledge is shared freely.
• Entrepreneurship is encouraged.
• Wellness is prioritized.
• Nature is respected.
• Children and future generations inherit something of value.
Our Mission
To bring together a diverse group of visionaries, builders, educators, farmers, healers, entrepreneurs, investors, and community members who are committed to creating a sustainable and abundant future.
Through collective effort, responsible stewardship, and innovative thinking, we seek to create a model community that demonstrates what is possible when people unite around a common purpose.
