So thankful to get a away for some amazing hiking, to experience Sedona and the vortex (wow! What a beautiful unbelievable energy!) to soak up much needed vitamin D and to get some R & R.
Did you know… “gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships”(1).
Love all of that as it has been a regular wellness practice of mine to give thanks and find gratitude for at least one thing every day.
Now what about you? Do you have a regular gratitude practice? Do you express thanks on the regular?
Let me know.
And if you like what I share… I’m always open to receiving and very thankful for any champagne or coffee you may buy me.
Wishing you light & love and health & happiness always! Xox
