Do you struggle with sleepless nights?

Sometimes I do too. And knowing how important sleep is in achieving overalll health and happiness I have a little trick I use to help minimize sleepless nights.

I find the best thing to do is find meditation music to play in the background, lie down with my eyes closed, breath deeply, breathing out the bad and breathing in the good, and let thoughts pass like clouds in the sky and try and focus on the positive and beautiful possibilities for my life.
