This lesson focuses on something many people struggle with when using a screen reader: text and paragraph formatting.
In this video, we walk through how to:
Bold and italicize text
Change font and font size
Align paragraphs (left, center, right)
Adjust indentation and line spacing
Create bulleted and numbered lists
These skills are not advanced extras. They are foundational. Formatting is what allows documents to look professional, readable, and appropriate for school, work, and everyday communication.
For many blind and visually impaired people, the challenge is not ability. It is access to clear, step-by-step instruction that does not assume vision. That is exactly what this lesson is designed to provide.
