Hour of Calm restarts on Monday with a new 6 week block on the mind-body connection. This block will introduce some work on body awareness including managing health anxiety, sensory overload, and freeze/dissociation. We'll also focus a lot on posture and spine health. Our first class on Monday will all be workplace related - including stretches you can do in a chair at your desk.
My new weekly class Soma begins on Thursday morning at 10 and I am so excited to be able to offer you this class. The whole hour will be movement, breathwork and meditation, bringing you a blend of yoga, somatic therapy, and mindfulness for a restorative class that should leave you feeling looser and more in balance. If you would like to attend the launch class this week please let me know.
