Hour of Calm in June will focus on anxiety relief. We'll be exploring a range of tools that can help us reground and de-escalate the experience of anxiety, as well as helping us to manage our baseline stress levels. I'll be running the first three classes of the month with a mix of somatic experiencing, yin, breathwork, CBT and creativity; and Lauren will be with us again on the final Monday of June for a therapeutic yoga session.
