Hour of Calm: Energies

I'm really looking forward to welcoming you back to the studio or online tomorrow for our first class of the autumn. Our new theme is Energies, and we will be exploring tools to help us become aware of how we hold energy in the body, how that impacts our mental state, and ways to help regulate. In tomorrow's class our focus will be on somatic experiencing, some yin yoga, journaling and creative expression, and meditation.

Two quick reminders: the class will now run until 7pm to allow more time for meditation at the end, as requested last term. We will also be in the back studio, on the left as you come into the Yoga Tree, as the front studio is unavailable until next year.
