Good evening lovelies
I hope you are all doing well.
Hour of Calm is on in the studio Monday 5.45-7pm. Tomorrow's class will have a focus on the neck, jaw & shoulders - I just did a lovely functional mobility training on this area and will be bringing you some great releasing movements to help with chronic tightness. We'll also do some yin yoga for our thyroid and a gentle guided meditation - so a great class for stress management. I hope to see you there. https://beathacoaching.org/home/workshops-classes/
On YouTube tomorrow morning you can find a new 25 minute class for PMT - this is a slow flow to support you through low back and pelvic pain associated with pre-menstrual symptoms as well as endometriosis and pcos. I hope you find it helpful, please do like and subscribe, and pass on to others. It helps a lot with the algorithm of doom. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiYP5cMwIAP1o8ooYPp1iGA
Speaking of - I would like to start working toward making the youtube channel self-supporting (at the moment I am paying studio costs out of my coaching income). If you are a regular user of the channel and can subscribe £3 a month it would be really helpful. My aim is to reach £50 a month support for the channel to cover all the studio costs. The subscription option is on the membership page of Buymeacoffee. https://www.buymeacoffee.com/beathacoaching/membership
Finally, Refresh Your Writing is in less than two weeks! You can join the retreat for the full three days, or just join for one or two of the days - both options are in my Buymeacoffee shop. I'm popping the whole schedule below for you. https://beathacoaching.org/retreats-courses/
warm wishes, and I look forward to practicing with you this week.

Workshops and prompts are designed to help you develop a better relationship with your writing, and to explore some new approaches to your practice. You can attend the retreat with no particular project in mind, or use it to work on a current piece of work. Our goal is improved wellbeing and creativity rather than word-count goals, but if making progress is your aim the techniques you learn will certainly help with that too. Group sessions will be conducted in the spirit of mutual support and respect for everyone’s unique contributions and challenges.
